Inspiration for this shirt came from examples of 1940's western denim shirt. The fabric is woven using a slow process on vintage selvedge looms. It puts little tension on the fabric , creating an intentional "inconsistency" the gives that garment texture and unique fades. TCB uses a vintage union special sewing machine to emphasize the puckering and twisting of fading over time.
